Unfinished rooms

The unfinished room placeholder scenes, all nonstandard gameovers. (That means you die if you wander into them.)

Unfinished room 1

Warning

(Before entering)
"Unfinished room. Turn back."
(Moving closer)
"Don't go inside. It's dark and unfinished."
(Moving closer)
"It's really dark. Really, really dark."
(Stand in front of door)
"Dark, as in pitch black. Don't you know what stays there?"
(Try to open door)
"You really want to see what's there, don't you?"
(Open door)
"Okay, here's a clue: It is pitch black."
(Try to enter room)
"You are likely to be eaten by a grue. Rings any bells?"
(Enter room)
"Oh well. Have a nice death."

Death Scene

(Door closes behind automatically, entire room is pitch black, Enimul sprite disappears except for eyes.)
Enimul: I'm… Really creeped out by this room…
(1st action: If player moves forward)
Enimul: …N-no, I don't think we want me to go that way…!
(1st action: If player moves backward)
Enimul: I-I can't find the door…! Please… Please help me out, player?
(any second action)
Enimul: This isn't going to end well! I just know it!
(Enimul closes eyes, sprite vanishes fully. Wait 6 seconds, controls locked)
Enimul: *whimper* …? There's… nothing… in here…?
(Wait a bit. Enimul and doorframe reappears in very dark grey. Enimul opens eyes.)
Enimul: Oh, whew… Nothing is scarier, huh?
(Yellow slitted unamused grue eyes appear right behind Enimul. Room suddently goes pitch black again.)
Enimul: N-NO!!!
(Enimul's left eye flies away for a second as if torn off, then both eyes fade to black. Game Over screen with juicy ripping sounds and candy-breaking crunches as BGM. Grue eyes close.
"Grues eat well tonight."
(The pair of grue eyes open, close and staring straight at screen.)

Unfinished room 2

Warning

(Before entering))
"Unfinished room. Turn back."
(Moving closer)
"It's unfinished and there's some weird fog in it."
(Moving closer)
"Come on, fog of doom. Don't go there."
(Stand in front of door)
"It's not kryptonite fog."
(Open door)
"It's not fog to mask a draw distance either, we're in a 2D game."
(Try to enter room)
"There's creepy-crawlies inside. And it's hilly and silent."
(Enter room)
"Schmuck bait rooms are fun!"

Death Scene

(Door closes automatically. Enimul stands there in the foggy room.)
Enimul: This is creepy, and… And this isn't normal fog.
(Move any direction, radio icon lights up. Enimul auto-picks up.)
Enimul: Hello? Developper?
(Static. Faint. With every move player makes, static grows, three times.)
Enimul: …Wait, I heard something. Sounds like metal scraping on pavement…
(Two more actions, fog grows thicker, thing appears as hazy silhouette in fog, then disappears. Enimul vanishes in fog.)
Enimul: … … … Uh oh.
(Sound of something slashing and hitting ground, fog leaves, all left is a small puddle of goo and Eni's crushed brain. Game over appears with fading radio static as BGM.)

Unfinished room 3

Warning

(Before entering)
"Unfinished room. Turn back."
(Moving closer)
"It's unfinished and there's an eerie slurping sound in there."
(Moving closer)
"It's a very eerie sound, and there's even dripping."
(Stand in front of door)
"Slurping, dripping, and there's some odd, muffled breathing…"
(Try to open door)
"It's as if there's something alive there."
(Open door)
"It's not going to be friendly."
(Try to enter room)
"It's going to jump you and eat you whole…"
(Enter room)
"Don't say I didn't warn you."

Death Scene

(Door closes automatically. Enimul stands there in a seemingly complete room.)
Enimul: …That doesn't seem incomplete…
(There's an air vent near the wall that has something leaking and dripping out of there, right above an unlocked door.)
Enimul: And there's a working door, too!
(If player gets far enough from entered door, it unlocks, but locks again when Enimul moves back toward it.)
Enimul: That door's sensor looks like it's broken… I wonder why.
(Once player reaches door and tries to open it, it locks. Something moves in the air ventilation system.)
Enimul: Oh, no… No, no, no!
(Frog hunter-lookalike bursts out of the air vent and nabs Enimul, retreating with his legs still out and kicking until SQUISH CRUNCH, at which point the legs still and finish being dragged.)
Enimul: N—MMPH!!!
(Game over appears as there's a sound like dripping splats in BGM, and purple goop drips out from the opened air vent in thick globs.)

Unfinished Room 4

Warning

(Before entering)
"Unfinished room. Turn back."
(Moving closer)
"It's unfinished and doesn't appear on the map."
(Stand in front of door)
"In fact, it's like it doesn't really exist."
(Try to open door)
"As if the world ended right here at this door."
(Open door)
"It's a chilling void, and there's something inside."
(Try to enter room)
"There's something very, very wrong in that abyss."
(Enter room)
"You shouldn't look in the abyss or their abominations."

Death Scene

(Door closes automatically, and Enimul starts floating into the Matrix-style void.)
Enimul: …Did I move out of the game's boundaries?
(Move around however you like)
Enimul: I have to get back! I have to!
(Keep moving, player.)
Enimul: Please… let me out, player, please!
(Repeat three times after various actions.)
Enimul: I want out! Help me!
(Enimul curls up in the middle of the room.)
Enimul: *sob* I want… to get… *sob* out…!!!
(Game over displayed, with soft frightened sobs as BGM.)

Unfinished room 5

Warning

(Before entering)
"Unfinished room. Turn back."
(Moving closer)
"It's unfinished and Enimul doesn't want to go in there. There's a giant spider that's bigger than a Ride Armor inside."
(Stand in front of door)
"No, no one sane would want to go in. That spider is bad news."
(Open Door)
Enimul: …I don't want to go there! I don't like the sound of it! And I really don't like the looks of it, either!
(Try to enter room)
"The spider could rip you to shreds. Or Enimul, for that matter."
(Enter room)
"Well, what do you know. Giant spider."
